WHO ARE YOUR MENTORS

Well, we have quite a few: from medical doctors, fitness trainers, business leaders etc.

They all are GOING THE DISTANCE with their bodies, relationships, families, mission and finances. They are running the race of life STRONG and with ENDURANCE.

We have a very small handful of mentors and they all have one thing in common:

Their lives are a TRADE UP.

You see, for us, my go-to guys have it going on in ALL areas of life. Not just one.

While we’ve had many one-dimensional mentors over the years (those are very valuable), the guys who inspire us MOST are those who are developed in all areas of life.

That’s IMPRESSIVE.

They are fulfilling their calling, have families, big businesses, and in a good shape.

Let me ask you a question, how would you like to trade DOWN in life?

How would you like smaller muscles? A bigger gut? Less money? A smaller home? Less freedom? Fewer relationships? An unfulfilling job?

You said NO to everything, right? Why?

Because NO ONE wants to TRADE DOWN in life.

Early on, our father taught us that if we wanted to have impact on people’s lives, our own life would have to represent a TRADE UP.

Our dad told us, “girls, the hardest person to lead is YOURSELF.” Until you learn how to lead your own life, you won’t be able to lead others (effectively).

This has been our driving motivation since we were young.

We want our life to be a TRADE UP. Whenever our life is NOT a trade up, you have permission to call us out ;-)

So, we’ve always been inspired to focus on improving one area of our lives at a time. We want our entire life to be a TRADE UP.

And that’s one of the reason why we constantly invest in our health whether hiring mentors, taking additional classes on nutrition, reading various books, taking care of our physical and spiritual health.

It doesn’t matter your age… your income… your upbringing… your environment… your scars… your doubts… your fears…

… it’s NEVER too late to recover and take your body and life to a new and better place.

When you learn how to prioritize – mission, mindset, health, relationships – life gets EXCITING.

PURE GOLD

Look around.

See all those people whose career and relationship mirror your own?

Peer power is what happens when you develop learning exchange relationships with these people. They can reveal answers we already possess, yet can’t see.

Most answers lie within, and finding a peer who asks the right questions to help you access them is a true gift, Their feedback is reliable reality tasting that reinforces or cautions against the direction you’re taking, Their personal and professional life laboratories become open to you.

Feeling a wee bit too proud to seek advice from others?

In the day of age, practically every trade was firmly grounded in the master-apprentice tradition, the skilled teaching the unskilled.

Find someone who’s already pulled off whatever it is you want to do, someone who is willing to share with you what they’ve learned.

I regret I didn’t find my mentors earlier in life, because I could have benefited from their experience.
