What we lack internally, we seek to compensate for externally. I can always spot people who are grossly intelligent but deeply discontent or insecure.

Contentment has energetic layers to it. The deepest forms of contentment can be felt, and transferred. There is an osmosis to it… if you’re ever lucky enough to be in a room with us, our clients you’ll feel it. They’re just… happy.

And as a byproduct, you’ll notice yourself feeling happy. And smiling…

“What is this crazy feeling,” you will ask… oh nothing, it’s just a choice, made subtlety and sometimes subconsciously — to do what you want to do, not what you think you must do. To have the health, the energy and the enthusiasm for life that you want to have, not what you were told you will have once you are dignosed with a chronic illness.

For now, suffice this lesson to say this: there are many things in my life that are important to me.

I’ve always tried to “rig” my life and business in such a way that I am enjoying the walk —not just walking towards a destination. When you have setbacks, problems, and opportunities masquerading as obstacles, you will make it further if you actually enjoy the process (rather than just the transaction).

Your life is not meant to be one race after another… to what end? The next meal… or month… or “positive growth quarter.” This is not why we exist, friend… we exist for more.

When you get this, really “get it,” life looks different an ironically enough, majority of your health problems, bussiness problems begin fixing themselves as a byproduct.

I’ll explain:

Before studying someone, look at their clients. Are they happy? Do they know how to remain disease free for life? Do they have new sense of meaning and purpose and passion for life? Do they have enthusiasm or they are still depressed and hopeless?

This is what you need to know about our program

  • The success my clients enjoy was earned by that client
  • Did we provide strategic insight? Yes, probably. Did we speed them up? In most cases,
  • highly likely. Did we “save them” from wasting time and effort going down a dead end ally? Hopefully so…
  • But we didn’t “earn it” for them nor am I anywhere close to 100% “responsible” for their results
  • — they did that. They worked it. They implemented and spent TIME thinking diligently about what to ask and how to navigate… so that’s the first reason. I want people in my world, experiencing my work, because they deeply desire to be healthy. Yes, becoming disease free is a product of being “healthy.” But when you look at peoples’ clientele, even the ones who are winning, you can see whether they are doing it healthily or not. It’s in the eyes. The eyes convey meaning that the words they’re saying do not. If you ever get to listen to a client of mine, preferably from the last 12-24 months, you’ll notice something… they don’t just talk about how they enjoyed our education, and our daily support. Most of them share how their thinking has changed, how they are a totally different personal now vs they were before our program. How they got the most help from us vs in the last 10 years they have worked with someone else. And most importantly how they have made the most progress in their health while working withus. Their “control.” Their certainty.

I’ll give you homework:

  • * Sit in a room for 60 minutes with no phone, just a piece of paper
  • * List out everything you want from your business/your health, your life
  • * Separate things into two categories: LOOK LIKE (tangible/physical) and FEEL LIKE (intangible/emotional)
  • * Circle the top 3 most important of both categories

Then cross out everything else. Now, go find someone who has the things you circled, and get around then as soon as you can. If it’s me, welcome. If it is not, no problem — go find who has it and learn from them.

No more swelling on the knee: 40 days results

Congratulation to our client Barbara who graduated from our program! She came to us with the following symptoms:

I’ve had many psychological issues from the beginning of my 20’s on, including depression, anxieties, very low drive, lack of motivation, high levels of irritability. I would get exhausted very easily by small tasks and I’ve always had difficulties to concentrate and keep my attention.

I, however, didn’t suffer from any physical ailments until a certain age, so I have not seen a functional doctor in many years.

In 2018, my health started to further decline, I developed dermatitis, primarily on my face and had rashes all over my body. The joints of my fingers were also affected, they were swollen, and the skin was inflamed and itching. I also started to have reactions to almost every food that I was eating. My weight went down to 94 lbs (at a height of 5’5) and I was overall looking very malnourished. I sought the help of naturopaths, who put me on individualized nutritional supplement therapy plan (vitamins, trace minerals in a liposomal form and probiotics).

I then started out trying different well-known protocols to get rid of my symptoms, and even though I saw a lot of improvements, it never got to the point of where my body became fully healed. I am still having troubles digesting certain food types. My skin issues later developed into rosacea and I’m always risking getting past symptoms back whenever I would eat outside my usual eating habits for too long or too excessively. My latest blood work showed indications of an iron-deficiency anemia and revealed elevated levels of homocysteine.”

Diet before our program:

  • Fruits, hemp seeds, coconut yogurt, veggies, tahini, potatoes, eggs. Client was avoiding white sugar, wheat, dairy, fried foods, breads, beans, nightshades, nuts and seeds.

One of the most disappointing things we have encountered while working with thousands of clients is that we have heard from well known holistic doctors express different opinions on disease reversal based off their UNTESTED theories and assumptions.

Most of their opinions on disease reversal comes from outdated information taught at school or written in books and not based on the most recent research and real life data.

  • Example: not every food you eat is stored for energy, some foods becomes part of your cells (including your immune cells). Assuming that every single units of food is used 100% for energy it’s like estimating the value of your home based on how hot it burns when you set it on fire.
  • Example number 2: Low protein in blood is NOT from low protein INTAKE. It’s from either kidney issues or from high inflammation.

If you are eating enough food, you are eating enough protein, regardless the type of diet you follow.

The only time you see low protein markers is when:

  • from long term starvation
  • Kidney failure
  • high inflammation

Rather than saying the truth to their patients, “I don’t have the results to proof that my clients kidney function went up in 2 weeks or have the results that my clients reverse their symptoms and labs as soon as 40 days.” They tell their patients they can help but have no proof of that.

None of us know everything, and we believe the most respectful thing you can do for someone is to say” I don’t know” when you don’t, rather than make up your own hypothesis and teach it like it’s factual.

This harms people.

One example I heard from a medical doctor told our client that that the reason our program works is that we SUPPRESS the immune system just like corticosteroids do, and that the side effect is that it will make you more vulnerable to infections. This statement is absolutely INCORRECT.

Our clients not only reverse their diseases and become healthy, they find they are no longer get the usual colds and flus they used to get, and their labs are optimal, because their immune systems works OPTIMALLY. That wouldn’t happen with a suppressed immune system.

We don’t suppress your immune system, we repair and optimize it!
