Chronic Disease happens when you don’t give your cells nutrition they need to repair themselves and you keep re-injuring your cells.
That is why people who are smokers, there is a repair that happens in their lungs overnight, until the smoke again and they undo the repair and they go back to getting worse again.
Oftentimes people don’t even know they are developing a chronic illness because their lab work seems normal, but they feel access fatigue (despite sleeping for hours), achiness, fevers, slow healing, skin rush, rapid hair loss.

Thinking vs Dreaming
This morning I woke up with 3 ideas that I immediately wrote down.
They are game-changing ideas if I can get them properly implemented.
These are the ideas we all want more of.
The quality and quantity of my ideas lately has been on the rise. And I think it’s because of my nightly routines…
I’ve “reset” back to an older routine / “shutdown” sequence that I used to use.
Here it is:
Each night before bed, I do the following:
- Recap and recount what positive events happened that day
- Describe how I would change the day if I was coaching someone else
- List what I want to happen tomorrow and visualize it happening
- Write down exactly what I want — in life, and the season I’m in — and give my brain things to SOLVE while asleep

This is something you should try…
Before bed, write down what you want to have (outcome, feeling, process, emotion, etc) and then let your subconscious go to work.
There’s nothing you can’t create or invent — it just takes focus and creativity.
Oh and also…
Don’t listen to anyone else telling you how it “should be.”
Only you can do that…
You need not justify what you want or why you want it to anyone.
