Sometimes, everything can LOOK right but it doesn’t FEEL right. I’ve learned a guiding lesson, if it
doesn’t feel right, it isn’t right. Regardless of how much money you’re making, how cool it is, or even
whether it’s “fun” or not.
Some things just feel off – and that’s usually your intuition telling you it’s time for you to GROW.
But here’s the problem with growth, to grow into something NEW you’re going have to let go of something OLD. It’s usually never “sheer accumulation.”
You trade up. What is a trade?
It’s giving something, NOW, for something better, LATER. That’s what a trade is.
A few years ago, I found myself at a crossroads. I knew there was something more for me, but I would have to trade for it.
And that required me letting go of something I loved, to make room for something I didn’t even have yet.
This is scary… but it’s worth it.
When you are afraid, you should pay attention — because oftentimes fear is a tool of resistance to
get you to back down or slow down off of something you’re CALLED to.
I remember coming home from 18 hour long day when I was working at the hospital in Detroit, and deciding to give everything away.
That’s exactly what I did.
No plan B, no backup planning, just “Here you go.”
And what happened next is extraordinary.
I have started my own business, moved to a different state, joined multiple coaching programs. At the beginning of July of this year I was invited to attend an event in Clearwater Florida where I have met Rudy Mawer and his team. While at the event, I have invested $40,000 for 1 year of coaching. No payment plans! paid in full. I was scared to pay all this money at once, but I did it anyway.
His program will help me re-design my business so it can be bigger, healthier and more influential.
What’s scary now is this: I almost didn’t do it. I almost talked myself out of it.
Another thing I have done last year that I have put a deposit to go scuba diving in Mexico in October 2022 BEFORE I even took my first open water course. I have made a commitment BEFORE I even knew how to scuba dive.
You see, in hindsight, the real thing to be scared of is not what you had to LET GO OF… it’s missing out
on what you could’ve had if you would’ve done the scary thing.
Why am I sharing this story with you? I’m teaching a principle from my own life and my own experience.
There’s nothing to be afraid of. Design the vision. Build the vision.
Delete anything that gets in the way.
Steps to setting goals
List what you would like to have, to do, and to be between now and the next thirty years.
List everything you can think of, small and large. For each goal that you list, write the reasons why you wish to have it.
If, for example, you wish to have an amazing health, write down the reasons why.
In other words, what will you do when you are symptom free, pain free and happy? Put drama into it. Get jottings from magazines, brochures, the internet, photographs etc of the items in your goals and stick them in your journal — start a goals and visualizations journal on paper or on your computer.
Every day, read your list and look at your pictures. Then spend at least twenty minutes twice a day imagining, animating, and visualizing in detail all your goals.
How many goals should you have? You can never have too many. Some have so many goals that it would take 200 or 300 years to manifest them all. You should aim to have at least 5,000 goals.
A person with one goal will achieve less than one with 100 goals.
A person with 100 goals will achieve less than one with 1,000 goals. The fewer goals you have, the less you will achieve. The more you set the more you get.
Doubt, confusion, fear, and worry have their roots partially in a person not knowing exactly what he
or she wishes to be and have.
FOODS SEEM TO BE ANTI-INFLAMMATORY BUT NOT
“Root cause” and “anti-inflammatory” has been thrown around everywhere but not in the correct way.
Anti-inflammatory means when something physically reduces activity of the inflammatory immune system and optimizes the activity of the anti-inflammatory immune system.
There are lot of diets and foods SEEM to be anti-inflammatory but they contain inflammatory components to them.

For example: we learned at school that kidney function goes down with age, BUT this has not been the case at all because we have clients in their 70s whose kidney function went right back to normal.
