The link between cancer and autoimmune

You will not be safe once you hit the goal.

I know it feels that way, but it is just a feeling.

Fear does not fully go away just because you get good at something.

The iconic actor Henry Fonda is well documented for throwing up before each stage performance.

His career spanned 5 decades — plenty long enough to get “used” to it.

But that’s now how it works.

Self-doubt shows up where we’re called to go the most. If it’s too easy you should be skeptical.

The dream isn’t worthy of you if it does not, at times, threaten you.

I’ve built all sorts of things. Small things, big things.

What I valued the most had nothing to do with size… because worth and size are not correlated. Quality and worth — that is the correlation. And quality work is hard to produce.

If you are nervous about it, you have a pretty good indication that your goals are correct.

I’ve never been nervous to build something big. “Big” is just mathematics and economics. But when I really care about something, even when it’s small, my nerves kick in.

Fifth century mercenary, Telamon of Arcadia famously said: “It is one thing to study war and another to live the warrior’s life.”

The warrior’s life is not about the money.

To manage oneself well and accomplish things that matter.

That is the way. To put it bluntly, it means to stop waiting on the sidelines.

Nothing is going to feel safe. In life and investing, if it’s “too safe” it’s probably not even real.

We love to tell ourselves we’re just “waiting” for the right opportunities but we both know that’s not how this works.

Opportunities are created more than they are found — and you can’t create them from the stands of the arena.

Most people who have been diagnosed with a chronic illness; they have one common problem:

The sense of helplessness, the fear and inner conviction of being unable to cope and to change things.

When people get into a rut of hopelessness, they usually tend to try to “move on” and ignore the problems.

This learned helplessness will cause the struggles to stay.

When someone has been sick for a very long time and nothing ever seemed to work, then any kind of obstacle can make it SEEM impossible.

If they spend all their day worrying about IF something bad will happen to their health, all it does is ruin their ability to FEEL good when nothing bad is happening.

It gives them a reason to believe that they are helpless, powerless and their life sucks.

If they don’t create a specific plan of action to address their health problems correctly, they can never eliminate them.

Did u know that in order to fight cancer, your immune system needs to be optimized?

Nutrition is an important factor when it comes to developing cancer.

And when it comes to fighting cancer.

There is a part of your immune system that is designed to identify and kill cancer cells.

Your immune system is responsible for destroying any kind of invading material like bacteria, viruses and cancer cells.

If someone already have an autoimmune, then a severe infection can take them over the edge and will create more symptoms IF they never FULLY reversed their disease in the first place but went into “remission.”

The most common issue among individuals who are constantly caring for others is that they are very good at INTUITING other’s needs.

I see this predominantly in women, especially moms, are often great at putting everyone else first. They will wake up early and give their kids breakfast and make sure their husband is taken care of.
