Indecisiveness is a poverty thinking: practice speed

If you want a new habit or an outcome, practice speed.

  • Speed of response
  • Speed of execution
  • Speed of decision-making

Speed IS FORCE.

It blows my mind how many people spend most of their energy trying to decide.

It is like a full-time job trying to make a decision: “should I do it, should I not do it… What if it works, what if it doesn’t…”

You have to put yourself on death ground.

Death ground is extremely important.

Death ground means from Sun Tzu, “if an army is fighting with its back to the wall, it will fight 3 times the force.”

You will either win or die.

You must feel that you only have 6 months to achieve your goal.

You can’t wait 2 years to start your business…. 2 years to start putting your health first when you are already symptomatic…

  • Make the choice today to stop waiting
  • Be impatient
  • Take action
High expectations is about respecting yourself enough to know what you deserve.
People will criticize it, and even push you to lower your bar.
Refuse to be dragged into the mud. …and don’t settle for something that deflates your fire. 🔥

People who play games can’t be trusted. ❌

It takes courage to say what you mean and mean what you say…and that builds trust.

  • No gossip
  • They shoot straight
  • They’re reliable
  • Just being a good person is so elite

(Trustworthy, honest, and has integrity) = Increasingly rare status.

100% will take a straight shooter over someone who just strokes your ego.

Average people do average things: They gossip, complain, shirk responsibility.

They can’t have hard conversations. Give up. Don’t be average.

Be brave enough to take on hard things, be an adult, and leave game-playing for children.

Cut the cord from societal mythology…
– The mythology that tells you that you are “only” capable of X or Y.
– The mythology that tells you that only “special” people deserve or get extraordinary lives.
Don’t allow myth to guide your life.

When you are in an overweight state you can’t live an optimal life:

The excess fat on your body disturbs your:

  • hormones,
  • stores toxins,
  • and produces chemical that increase inflammation

You’ll be hindered by a higher risk of death, lower energy, poor sleep, and a higher risk of scores of diseases.

Getting leaner and having optimum immunity fixes all of those issues.

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐒

Most people make wrong assumptions and predictions regarding their health based on what they learned elsewhere.

In my experience, I’ve been way off on every one of my predictions of what I will think and feel when I hit a certain goal or milestone.

This has been true in every area of my life.

Fitness, health, disease reversal, business you name it.

Don’t trust your ability to PREDICT the future.

Ignore it.

Give it no attention.
