Most people donโt even read the study, just the conclusion.
Be wary of people who will never change their opinion no matter what evidence is presented, and they would rather jump around to any YouTube video or poorly done study to support their narrow view.
We have been lucky to know many brilliant people in our life and let me tell you this: the smartest people are not locked into a specific belief, and they never say: โat this point I know everything.โ

You can find research articles on just about anything, but that doesnโt mean that they are based on CURRENT results or reality.

Just like a healthy non-smoker who decides to smoke some cigarettes at a party might cough, get a headache or feel some general malaise afterwards, but as long as he does not continue to smoke, his lungs will quickly heal the damage and he will not develop lung diseases like emphysema or cancer.
Compare that to a chronic smoker who has lung cancer.
The best way to help someone recover is not just to have a healthier diet and medical care; they should quit smoking to give their lungs the chance to heal.
The same goes with an autoimmune disease, you need to give your body a chance to heal and stop doing what is still triggering inflammation.
